I am encountering the exact same problem. I download the game and played for a bit. Then if I close out the game and return the games are all locked and says to buy MW3.
After the new update yesterday (50GB+), I then had to reinstall all packs that were already installed (multiplayer pack etc). I got in 10 minutes of game time last night as no one else was online yet post-update. I boot up today and it has decided to reinstall all packs again.
PS5 Delete saved data steps: Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings. Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4). Select Console Storage > Delete.
