tried eRecovery variant and it just tries to gather package information and then fails with a red exclamation mark so trying the dload method, currently i just want it back working with factory lock or complete erase, dont have any data to worry about, i also have the unlock code from huawei so can unlock the bootloader again

i have P9 lite dual sim android 6 VNS-L31C530B130 but sim and sound not working The sound does not work, but when I use a voice call in the Messenger program, the sound returns to work and is somewhat faint I want to update the system, maybe it will solve the sound problem and the sim problem

My P9 have problem with network (mobile network not available). I don't get any message and calls, also can't call and write messenge. But mobile internet working fine 4G. I found that, then i switch sim card slot in 2G option (dual card management) phone works. But problem is mobile internet now just 2G. p.s. not using 2 sim card.
